They didn’t know how to paint my toe nails white she kept putting multiple coats of polish on one toe and it definitely made my nail color hard to finish drying with the no chip light and 3 different people had to fix it within 3 hrs at this shop …. I was so mad they couldn’t get it right

This place is clean. The staff is easy to understand and friendly. Prices are normal. I call ahead to make sure there is no wait or put my name down for a specific time. All techs are great, but Joe is amazing. He gives the best lower leg and foot massages and pedicures.

I use to go to this salon often when I lived in the area. I moved to Elgin but my mother still lives there. My daughter is getting married on Friday and I was in the area and decided to go there. HUGE mistake.. Something changed on a personal level for the owner. She is usually VERY nice and now she is VERY angry. I’m not going to go into details about my experience. But for those that know her PLEASE pray for her.

I got my nails done on Wednesday of last week and by Friday (2 days later) it was chipped. I got no chip polish. My nail was also lifting and instead of her taking that part off and relaying the gel, she nail glued it down and it’s lifting again. She also did not lay the gel properly. It looks like I need a fill in on the same day I got them done.. I don’t know if I even want to go back for them to fix it because I don’t think it will be fixed properly. I paid 95 bucks for this to be chipping 2 days later. I’m very disappointed and disgusted.

I don’t know why this places is rated lower than others in the area. I have been to most nail salons within a mile radius of Chicago Ridge Mall and US Nails beats them all in service, quality of work and cleanliness. I have already gotten two no chip manicures and a pedicure there and am more than satisfied. I will keep on coming back… If you’re looking for a nails salon in the Chicago Ridge mall area definately give this place a try, not the other ones on Ridgeland or 95th. Ignore the bad reviews… perhaps the “problem” employees have been replaced or they were never the problem.

Only came for a polish change, the lady was mean spirit, try to use dirty tower, didn’t do well polishing toes had to get her correct mess up. They change the price, just a bad experience. One lady name Holly was very nice. But manger and the mean spirit woman horrible.

I been coming here for my eyebrows only since they are so gentle with me. I needed to find a new nail place in budget and they delivered. The man who did my nails kept me laughing, saved me money, and they are so beautiful. A young lady did my pedicure and she took her time made me relaxed and was calm even with my ticklish feet. $63 for full service which is about the price I normally pay for my nails when I want something loud and sexy. I will be going here when I just want an everyday nail.

I am in the beauty industry. Stopped in because I’m looking for a new nail tech & this place is super convenient. I am more than happy to find this little gem in my neighborhood!!! Heidi I believe her name was is amazing, she is VERY experienced and helped me tremendously with my nails. I will be going back every 2 weeks. Oh by the way did I mention the PHENOMENAL PRICE$!!!
