This was my first time here, overall clean salon and super friendly staff, especially Lynn. She has always been my favorite nail technician but I lost touch with her when she quit at another place she used to work, and I’m so glad to have found her again at US Nails. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueJust wanted a mani pedi clean up. No new polish. They cut my toes and fingers in multiple spots and made me bleed. Dropped a towel on the dirty floor and then wiped my feet with it. I’m concerned about the lack of cleanliness and open cuts. My nails were filed uneven and down to nothing. Not the worst salon, the popel are friendly, the prices are decent and pretty work but its not a sanitary salon, If you’re looking for a salon that sterilizes their tools/burs after every person this is not the place. They reuse nail files and nail file burs, the only barbacide I saw in the place is the nail brushes by the sink. They pull tools from under the shelf, that leaves you to wonder when the last time they were cleaned and who they were used on last.
