ZERO STARS! I was a walk-in to have my dipped nails removed here today because I could not get to my regular salon today. So I also did a manicure for an event tonight. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE EVER! It was the worst place I had ever been to in my life! She pulled what dipped polish I had left on off with cuticle clippers very roughly. I could have done that at home. My dog could have massaged my hands better for the manicure! I had to go to Ulta and buy stuff to fix my polish because when I got in the car the polish was a mess, not even close to dry after waiting 10 minutes with the dryer on my nails. Waste of time and money to come home and completely redo! Awful dirty place! Should have know better!

My granddaughter and I had a girls day out. I have been here many times and have always been happy with service overall. There is one woman who was extremely rude to us. I asked for a nail design and she said she couldn’t do it. Also asked for matte polish said she couldn’t do s bright color matte. I had picked out a picture from Pinterest and showed her it was a sunflower. She did her own thing and it didn’t even match my polish it was hideous. I didn’t want to embarrass my granddaughter so I didn’t complain. She was very rough will doing my manicure. My pedicure wasn’t bad her husband did it. I decide to get my eyebrows waxed. She was the one who did them and next day I had bruise on my eye. My granddaughter did not get the design she asked for eventough we were charged. My msnivsmesred by the time I got to the car. I will never go back ever.

I usually don’t go to this salon and I now know why. I was in a mission to take my old acrylics off. The lady I had she was pushing for me to get a full set, I politely declined. Then she started RIPPING my acrylics off, not soaking, but ripping. While she was ripping, which hurt and I voiced the pain but she continued the process without a care. My nails look horrible still today.

My nails been done 4 wks ago better pics tomorrow when sweet Tracy gets a hold of me.I’ve seen negative reviews here .if your not satisfied talk to manager Tracy they want return customers so if dissatisfied say so, if nails come off in 1-3 days go back they’ll replace them free.I’ve been going here 4-5 yrs. nonstop.Making an appointment is advisable however walk ins accepted but be prepared to wait. My hand are unattractive and nails help. I keep them short in summer;however I do have two working hands some people don’t.
