Critical: Quality, ValueI’ve given this place multiple chances but this is my last straw. my nails are bulky and just messy. the guy doing my feet only scraped the dead skin off of one foot then put gel polish on my toes but never used the UV light so i messed up my toes on the way out. seriously don’t recommend.

Critical: QualityFirst off this is my first ever bad review written anywhere im not that kind of person however this experience was AWFUL. I asked for coffin shaped matte black nails with a crecent moon on the ring finger. She told me she couldn’t do the moon and i said okay.. Then was told AFTER my nails had already been done about to be painted they couldn’t do the matte unless I did gel…. Even though when i came in they said yes… So i said ok. They said that’s an extra 5 dollars. I said whatever cause at this point my fingers were bleeding and i was ready to go…. Get done and i see how mis shape and bulky they are and they charge me for the design that she couldn’t even do!!!!!!!! And that i didnt get!!!!!! He acted lile he couldn’t understand me so I paid and left. Ill never be back again. I asked for coffin shaped matte black nails with a crecent moon on the ring finger. She told me she couldn’t do the moon and i said okay..
