Mimi did an awesome job… I received dip nails and and pedicure as well. I don’t like dip nails to be too thick she listened they look amazing. Everyone was very Kind and professional!! Highly recommend this shop Manicure

This is the BEST nail salon in all of Winchester! I have been going here for about 7 years now. They are busy because they are not only wonderful and offer fantastic services, but are the nicest nail techs I have ever met. They accept walk ins, and if they don’t have time right away to get you in they ALWAYS do their best and give you a better time to come back. This is because they take their time with every customer they see!! Their prices are very reasonable as well considering the great service you receive. They go above and beyond. I always leave relaxed and with beautiful nails! Thank you US Nails!!

I have been visiting this business for 12 years. The price increase is understandable. However, this last week when I had a gel fill with gel polish, I was very disappointed. After my nails were done, I was asked if I wanted a manicure!!! She said, “You know, I fix your cuticles”! I was really upset that I just paid $50 with a $10 tip and then they wanted me to pay even more to take care of my cuticles!!! I now (and the last few months) have had so many hangnails and my fingers actually hurt. I am so sad that this business now only cares about your money and not your loyalty. So long Lan

US Nails is a shop that has skilled technicians and is very careful when it comes to cleanliness and expects clientele to wear masks as does everyone who works there. There are many choices for nail polish and special features. Want a pedicure? You will find a great one here. Enjoy!

Love going here. I prefer Rachel. She always does an outstanding job on my nails. I request her when I make my appointments.

Critical: ValueThe cost for a mani & pedi was $100. I did not get any acrylic nails for my mani or any extra add on services for my pedicure. I feel like this was crazy expensive for just a regular mani pedi. I also did not get the correct color I had specified. I asked for 408, a sparkly pink and my nails are sparkly orange. I also had to correct during my mani as she was starting to put acrylics on my fingers when I had said I just wanted them painted. There was no way to add a tip for the services, they said cash or Venmo of which I had neither. My nails look fine, just not the color I wanted and not worth $100. You can get the same look for $13 with Color Street nails. The last time I was at this salon, mani pedi with the gel polish was $80, so the prices were raised, I am assuming, because of COVID.Services: Pedicure, ManicureThe cost for a mani & pedi was $100. Critical: QualityI came in to ask if they do the old style glue on nails. I’m allergic to acrylic so that’s not an option. I decided to just do a classic manicure after they kept trying to upgrade me to dip nails and with my experience dip nails and acrylic have given me the same reactions. The lady who did my nails was very gentle but didn’t do what I asked at all. She grinded/cut my cuticles away, buffed my nails, and shaped them but didn’t push my cuticles back any. She applied a polish which was very sticky, I’ll give her that. The lady didn’t put any polish down near the nail bed or the sides and the polish is visibly thick in some places. I could’ve done a better job myself I think and I’m terrible at it. I hate doing my nails myself which is why I get them done at a salon. Thankfully it was only $15 wasted, I definitely will NOT be going back.Service: ManicureI came in to ask if they do the old style glue on nails. I’m allergic to acrylic so that’s not an option. I don’t know what happened to them, but my pedicure was awful. The girl was rude, rushed… She seemed annoyed…from start to finish I didn’t even get through one 30 min cycle on the massage chair and she didn’t even buff my left foot, barely touched it…barely used the scrub. I’ll have to go further away now. Pedicure
