First time under new owners my dip was great! She did EXACTLY what I asked and she spoke English so it was easy peasy. Had to go back to get nail fixed 2 days later, but rightfully so she repaired it free. Third time, just a pedicure and another girl did what I asked. Very nice job. Went there July 2 for a quick manicure. I stood up front and made noise for like 10 minutes and the one lady working didn’t even acknowledge me. Did some shopping and came back about hour and half later. the same lady was there. This time she noticed me. I asked for a maicure. She mumbles something about $15 or $20. I had no idea what she was talking about as most manicures are about $13. I showed her picture and kept saying it doesn’t have to be this difficult. Maybe one nail blue with white star and the rest red and white. I kept saying it doesn’t have to be exact. I do not think she understood a word I was saying and she seemed kind of irritated that I asked for that. Then she asked if I wanted rounded or square. I said rounded, SHE PROCEDED to FILE SQUARE. Then she kept trying to follow the picture to the T. It was horrible job and crooked and just not good. When she got done she said ok $25 please? I said i thought you said something about $15 or $20? She said yes but “dis berry difficol.” (This very difficult)

This is a Hidden Gem of New Berlin! I’ve finally found an affordable nail salon that is close to home and a place that accepts walk-ins. High quality at an affordable price; there are also perks for paying with cash. The pedicure massage chairs are the best I’ve ever experienced and the staff is very friendly! They also provide laser hair removal. I haven’t tried it before but I will start at the end of this month!

Husband and i went for pedicures. Both had an appointment at the same time. Left 1.5 hours later. Was left soaking in the foot water for over an hour and then they rushed. 2 people doing 6 peoples nails and feet. Offered a water when finished. Place was hot. No relaxing. Feet are not smooth and the massage that was supposed to be 10 minutes maybe 2. Didnt use any scrub to make skin smooth. Wont be returning.

I called today to see if I could get it to have someone fix my gel nails that I got less than 2 weeks ago. I was able to get in same day and Mya did an amazing job. She was very attentive to details and was able to make my nails look like real nails. Also all the staff member there today were very friendly and approachable. I will be back. Highly recommended. The salon was very clean. The girl that did my IPL treatment was super friendly. She explained everything in detail before doing anything. The actual treatment didn’t hurt at all because it had a cold burst before each zap. I will definitely be returning!

I had such a bad experience here. We were told they had time for mainicures and pedicures for 2 people at a certain time. When my pedicure was over there wasn’t anyone ready to do my nails and the person I came with was almost finished with her second service. If you don’t have time for services don’t say you do. She was just about completely finished before I would have even stated my manicure. I have never had pedicure services so slow before. We had questioned how long things were taking but it didn’t seem to be a big deal to them. Needless to say I ended up having to leave without getting my nails done which was very disappointing. I will definitely NOT be returning and would advise people I know to not come here. We were out for a fun experience and left very disappointed.

Great experience! The staff are friendly, fast, and thorough, but not rushed. We had mani-pedis and loved every minute! The foot/calf massage was excellent. Plus the massage chairs are a very nice bonus. Staff checked regularly with me and my daughter to make sure nothing hurt or was too hot. We will definitely be back! Thank you!
