Very disappointed with my service from this one nail tech the older gentleman don’t know his name but he is the oldest one in there avoid if possible he damanged my nail bed so now I have to wait until they build up a little he filed the hell out them so they are very tender. Will return but will not let him near my nails again..

This guy is amazing!!! My nails are so perfectly done I drove an hour and a half for this and I’m soooo glad I did! 10/10 would recommend. They tell everyone to wash their hands when you come in. Did not have to wait but probably 5-8 minutes until someone saw me. I got a full set manicure with mood change polish, and pedicure. I was done in about an hour. He didn’t rush and it’s a wonderfully clean environment. Thanks you guys!

it’s really unfortunate that I booked an appointment 2 hours early and they told me that I would be able to get 2 pedicures with me and a guest. We get here. We are waiting and then they say they can only do 1 when the whole point of us doing it was to be together. It’s ridiculous. Don’t tell people to come in a certain time if you are not going to service them together.

After having a terrible experience at Neat Nails by Mary, I was put off getting my nails done for a long time and decided to try this place. There was a bit of a wait, but I didn’t mind because it was a Saturday after all and I did not have an appointment. Despite this, they still moved fairly quickly and got to me in a decent amount of time considering the place was packed when I walked in. A gentleman name Ronnie I believe (I hope I’m remembering his name correctly) did my nails. He worked quickly and efficiently but did not sacrifice quality. He did both my manicure and pedicure and was very professional. From the time he got me in his chair til the time I paid was less than an hour. I’m very picky about my nails and not once did I have to correct him or tell him not to make my nails too thick (like a lot of nail techs do for some odd reason.) He was also very gentle. Not once did I bleed or have to pull my hand back due to aggressive drillling. This place IS expensive, however, I don’t mind paying for quality work, done by a professional friendly nail artist. They also were very clean. They opened a new package of sterile tools for each pedicure and are Covid prepared with partitions and mask requirements. EDIT: I can only recommend Ronnie and Tom. I recently had my nails done by another nail tech there and while my nails were not horrible, they were not the quality of when Ronnie or Tom does my nails. Also, if I tell someone how I like my nails and they proceed to tell me what THEY think or their opinion, it automatically turns me off. I’m paying 90 bucks for one manicure, you need to do that ish exactly like I request. I don’t care if you think it’s too thin and the nail will crack. Make my nails as thin as I ask bc THEY’RE MY NAILS AND IT’S MY MONEY. Period.

It’s very clean & nice customer service. They do very well in what they do, “nails” but I gave them a 3 because my daughter got her cuticles buffed off by the buffer tool. Her fingers got swollen and red afterwards. They are good but this time they made a mistake that caused pain so I give them a fair 3… This time.

I arrived and was waiting for over half an hour. And then when a chair opened they started working on another lady who not only got there 15 minutes after me but also had scheduled her appointment time after me too. How does that make any sense?!?
