We were charged for a service we didn’t agree to, we asked for two basic pedicures like we always do but this time we were charged for a very expensive pedicure. When we asked why this happened, they acting like we ordered this service and there is nothing they can do about it. The pedicure was awful and our nail techs were obviously not trained.

I been coming here for a couple months now and I usually get nat to do my nails, this time they let the tech at booth #4 (male)do my nails even though she was free. He cut sides of my nails off also it looked like a 5 year old shaped them,then when I asked him to remove extra acrylic from around my cuticles he beat me getting mad and refused to finish. Stop rushing and jacking up people nails, if you feel you can’t handle some one telling you what they want find another profession. I will not be going back.

I just stopped by US nails this afternoon because the location that I frequent is closed on Mondays. This location has a large assortment of colors which is great however, I just wanted a basic manicure with white nail polish. The lady I sat with tried to pressure me into getting a more expensive manicure/product even though I declined several times. I don’t think that I will be returning to this location my manicure was, for lack of better words, lazy. Please see pictures for reference. What I found hard to capture in my photos was the nail polish layers that were inconsistent. You can see where the first coat was applied and where the second coat was applied and lastly where the clear coat was applied in different locations with no consistency and without covering the entire nail. I was left with dead skin around my nail beds and dry hands. They offer a hand massage which is pretty standard for most nail salons however mine lasted a whopping 45 seconds with a smidge of bath & body works lotion. I was asked to pay before services were finished which personally bugs me because I am unable to see the final product before deciding on a tip for the manicurist. I just was not very pleased with the services provided.

Awesome.First nail place where I really felt welcomed. The owner greeted me, I showed him what I wanted and the ladies went to work. I enjoyed talking to both Natalie and Nancy, really nice ladies.I will be back.

The man that did my nails was really nice but I don’t think he has done many pink and white dip powder. One of my nails has a dent in it where the pink and white meet . I mentioned it to him and he told me that it was fine , then said something in his language , to one of the other people working in there. The lines are not clean . I would not recommend this salon for pink and white . They might be better at one color.

People were friendly, but my nail tech could’ve been better. Enough gel polish (the clear coat) wasn’t put on my toenails. I shouldn’t have to say anything about that. I also don’t like when nail techs ask me if I want certain things done, like a manicure etc. If I want something extra done, I will say it.

Critical: ValueGot my toes and nails done, however the french pedicure polish did not serve justice and left my toes still looking kinda scratched up. I understand my toe naturally looks that way, but usually when I get a french pedicure, the polish is pinkish and covers it up, however not this time.Anyways after sitting and letting everything dry, I realized the color was not covering my toe and I politely brought this to the managers attention and asked for a repaint with a different color; I knew I was going to have to wait, so I told them that was no problem, but then they wanted me to pay another $17 for a paint change. Man that did my pedicure seemed unsure of what he was doing. My polish was not put on dark enough or covering my entire toe nail. And charged me $20 extra for some reason. Won’t go back there!!! Pedicure
