Since when a nail place can’t do nails…Or better said nail places can’t do nail unless you pay for a full manicure and a full pedicure, then is ok to work on your nails. Horrible experience. i went in to get my eyebrows done and i asked for a “ clean up”. she took off basically my WHOLE EYEBROW. she got rid of my arch and now i have to fill my eyebrows in everyday until they grow back. never ever going back to us nails. I think her name was Holly. She should have her license taken away because she just lost a client.

Loved them but i went there today and a woman who.was very rushed for one hurt my finger by violently sanding my finger with the nail then when i realized the color was a see though sparkle color i said i wanted to change colors it would have taken two seconds she said ohno the color will look bad with ur skin and said the red would look better which doesnt make any sense! So i should have made her get the new color but was intimidated by her demeanor i didn’t put the right hand in the UVA light she says exasperated”oh my GOD!”? I go to this place often have never had her tho she sucks and i will NEVER GO BACK THERE! Should have stuck with city nails in Lynn!!
