Critical: Quality, ValueYesterday when getting the deluxe pedicure as a gift from a friend, I told the lady that she was hurting my foot when she was removing my old polish. When I left I was slightly annoyed that my manicure was uneven, my middle finger was round on one side and square on the other. 3 different people worked on my manicure and I think they all had different methods. Yesterday when getting the deluxe pedicure as a gift from a friend, I told the lady that she was hurting my foot when she was removing my old polish. When I left I was slightly annoyed that my manicure was uneven, my middle finger was round on one side and square on the other. 3 different people worked on my manicure and I think they all had different methods. Now my toes sting and hurt in my shoes and socks.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis place is rude, dirty and very poor quality. The older guy who works right at the front was the one who did my nails. He finished doing someone else’s nails then it came to my turn and he never washed his hands nor did he ask me to wash mine. He rushed through my nails not even asking me to wash my hands after he filled all the old color off, just brushed it off then went ahead and applied the new color. This is how my nails look, he charged me $35 when their flyer says $30. You decide if you want to go and give your money there. This place is rude, dirty and very poor quality. The older guy who works right at the front was the one who did my nails. He finished doing someone else’s nails then it came to my turn and he never washed his hands nor did he ask me to wash mine.
