Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent here about 2 weeks ago. Asked for coffin. My nails were NOT done coffin. When asked..the guy said that they were (I’ve been getting my nails done since 15 years of age….I know nails….i’m 46 now ). I was like…whatever. Mentioned that nails were crooked. He just shook his head no. I’m like really? I now need these taken off and spend more money on a new set. Live n learn. My daughter was with me for a kids mani/pedi. The girl apparently didn’t care she was ripping up my daughters cuticles And the pedicures?!? Asked for callous remover. They did the bare minimum.
