Critical: Professionalism, QualityI drive 45 minutes to get my nails done here. Sat there for 3 1/2 hours to get a powder set and pedicure. Got my nails done on a Wednesday they were off by Saturday. I called for 4 days straight never got an answer. Drive to tyler just for the lady to tell me u know sometimes nails don’t last. Well for $45 I expected nails to last longer than that. I drive 45 minutes to get my nails done here. Sat there for 3 1/2 hours to get a powder set and pedicure. Got my nails done on a Wednesday they were off by Saturday. Wow..great experience. I had heard great reviews from my coworkers and of course i saw their beautiful nails. It may not be one of these new spas but it makes up with Great Nails.

Been going here for over 15 years. Know the techs by name! I asked my usual person to do a specific nail, he said he could. By the end of my visit my nails were nothing close to what I had requested and look absolutely terrible. I commented stating I was not happy with my service and was going to have to go somewhere else to have them fixed( I was in his chair over 2 hours btw) and he told me I am no longer allowed in his business. They have cheap prices and I should have remembered “you get what you pay for”

I very seldom leave a review especially a negative one. But here goes. I will say that price isn’t bad that is the one positive thing that I have about the experience. However, I came in for a gel shellac manicure for 15$ you can’t beat that price. So here is where the issue comes to play. I had one of my gels start lifting in the corner before I even left. I came back to show the nail technician she said she couldn’t fix it and focused in on the black nail polish on it that she didn’t remove fully (that wasn’t even my complaint) my issue was the gel coming up off of my middle finger nail. So a friend met me at the salon to help better explain the problem. After talking with the technician who messed up my nail and one other tech ,who finally said okay and had me soak the gel off. They then left me sitting there for over an hour with the one nail soaking. Then when asking about who was going to fix the nail I was called a liar about the whole thing. Honestly, even for the 15$ price point the experience as a whole was not worth it. I would not recommend it.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Valuemrs cindy and mr sam are so incredibly sweet!! i am always excited to go get my nails done and the prices are great. they tend to be busy sometimes but it is ALWAYS worth the wait. I wouldn’t want to get my nails done anywhere else in Tyler. love love love!! ❤️

I had a good experience. My wait time wax only about three minutes. I received my pedicure and asked for a design on my toenails. The wait time for that was only about five minutes. I left with a great looking pedicure.

Came in to get my eyebrows waxed like normal. I’ve had my eyebrows done on numerous occasions but not like this! Went to back room to get waxed and girl looked like she was unsure of what to do. She put the wax on me and pulled the paper like normal, but this time it seemed to burn more. Then she put more wax on me and burned my eyelid. She then left it on my eyelid to dry and continued to work. My eyelid stuck to itself and burned before drying. Then she put more wax and this time pulled skin off my eyelid. I complained to Manager and he grabbed what I thought was aloe vera, but turned out to be Hand Sanitizer. Burned so bad I screamed and demanded money back. Never go there!!!!
