This place uses unsanitary practices including reusing metal foot shavers for pedicures, reusing buffing blocks, and not changing gloves between clients (specifically pedicures). Unprofessional and argumentative owner. I won’t be returning here again. Low quality, I could do better pedicures at home and I just might have to do so after this experience.

Critical: ProfessionalismThis was the 2nd time I went & I will NOT return. My first visit the young lady was nice but took my own nails & needed them to apply acrylic. About 2 other techs came & looked at my nails & they spoke in their language. I wear my nails really long & they were a few nails the were darker in spots on a few nails. The young lady was so sweet that I didn’t make a fuss about the nails being dark in spots. It was time for a fill so I went in today thinking nothing other than that. Well they couldn’t find the color powder that was used & I was told next time I needed to take a picture of the number. Then the guy tried a couple other colors & I was told they were out of the color. It was used just 2 weeks ago. Mind you he had already buffed my nails & they were rough & dull. After telling me that the color was gone they looked at me as if I should have a resolution. Everyone is friendly and they each work hard to provide great customer service. My nail tech Vanessa is amazing. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had brand new set of acrylics done. They look awful. There is no apex shaping (they ended up straight from cuticle to tip). Also they are super thick, and should be thinner at the cuticle and tips with only the apex being thicker. I would not recommend going here if you want your acrylics shaped correctly. I tried to correct the person doing my nails but she didn’t seem to like me asking her to smooth out the hard corner on the sides or to thin them out.
