I asked for a simple French tip design. I asked for my nails to be longer and she said she would charge me 5 more extra dollars to not have them cut short. I wasn’t happy with my design so I asked her to fix them and she basically told me no and charged me $55. I will never go here again Acrylic nails

The man who did my pedicure did a wonderful job. But the woman who put on my acrylic nails cut them to the length I wanted then filed them down to nubs. I asked for round/oval, but she completely took away the sides of the nails, leaving me with even less nails. I bruise easily and have arthritis in my hands, but had to constantly tell her to quit slapping my hands, which she did in anger. I tensed up because she was very rough with me. I got home and found bruises and now have enough pain to have to take Tylenol. I didn’t hurt before I walked into US Nails. To make matters even worse, the woman who sits by the cash register claimed I told the woman to make my nails look like that. I’ve been to nail salon all over the country and have never had someone put acrylics on me the shave them down to nubs. If I’d wanted short, thin nails on the side I would have kept my original nails. I was charged $80. I handed the man a good cash tip but was so upset I didn’t give the woman anything. I’ve lived all over the USA, gone to many nail salons, and thus has never happened before. If they don’t give a customer what they want, know the customer is unhappy, they should apologize and fix it. I need to go to another salon to have my nails fixed the way I want them. Please don’t waste your money at this place!

Love this place! Underated but one the best in town!! Clean and convenient location. They always do a great job! Alot of attention to detail and fairly priced. Phil is amazing and hilarious, and Jenny is the most experienced nail tech around. I’ve tried 3 other nail places in town that don’t even compare.

I loved this place. They were super nice and I didn’t feel like they were trying to over charge me. My youngest daughter got her polish. I got my typical cat’s eye ( which I do recommend if you are going for a night out) But my oldest daughter got the prettiest set of nails I have seen in a long time! Unfortunately my gel polish started chipping off a couple of days after so I won’t be getting it again from them but everything else was spot on
