The worst customer service and pedicure I have ever had at a nail salon. The guy that did my pedicure was rude and did a terrible job. My feet still have dry skin and calluses on them. When I asked the guy if he could fix it he told me they don’t do that on the basic pedicure. You have to pay to upgraded pedicure. My pedicure was maybe 20 minutes long with hardly any massage or pampering! Definitely will not go back to this place.

Ive had a lovely experience here. Had a pedi ($40) done. They gave me no problem with bring my own colors. Both of the ladies,Tammy and Eliza (sorry if i miss heard the name), worked on me were kind and paid attention to details. I love that.

Having such a hard time finding a good nail place in Lake St Louis! I had high hopes when I came here. My manicure was very rushed and I was cut twice. My nails looked fine when I left but it’s only been 5 days and the gel polish is already peeling off. Very disappointed.

I have been looking for a place that won’t take my money then not deliver – or take too much time! I’ve tried all of the places around town and the staff is always friendly and helpful with scheduling. They are so sweet to my little one when I bring her as well! They do exactly what I want and it is easy to see they take pride in their work! The location is super clean and sanitized frequently, which is reassuring. I am so happy with them and I have never had a complaint or concern. I also love that they educate me on my nails and why we need to do certain things with upkeep etc. No other place has ever done that! Give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!

I came in for a full set of acrylic nails. When I was getting them done, the lady asked me what color and shape I would like and I gave her the number and said I wanted coffin shape. Halfway through painting my nails she told me she was going to do a design on two of my nails, I didn’t ask for a design but I let her do it anyways. When I went to check out my total was $60. A full set is normally $45. She told me that to do a long coffin is $10 extra, I’m confused because if you are getting acrylic you normally go in wanting long nails, and you are putting the fake nail on no matter the length. If I was told upfront that coffin long was going to be $10 extra I would have asked for a different shape. I also was told that the two colors was a $5 up charge, and I didn’t even want the design in the first place; I felt like I was pressured into getting it. I just wish they would have been upfront about the pricing, and a little nicer when I asked why the price was so high.

Unfortunately, due to the language barrier and my partial hearing deficit, I only wanted the type of nails that I already had on when I arrived at the salon. It wasn’t until she was well in to the nails she was providing that I realized I wasn’t getting what I thought I asked for. The younger techs speak English much better but I don’t know how well they deliver the services requested. The salon is neat and clean and tasteful and doesn’t smell like acetone. Unfortunately, due to the language barrier and my partial hearing deficit, I only wanted the type of nails that I already had on when I arrived at the salon.
