I have just moved to the area, this was going to be my “go-to” nail salon. My first visit I left with a happy mani-pedi. This time I arrived for my 3:30 appointment, it was 3hours later that I could finally leave. For the first hour I started to notice something and later looked it up. They reuse emery boards/buffers/cuticle stones and I’m pretty sure they are reusing the same tools without disinfecting the reusable tools(didn’t see any disinfecting solution on the counters). My nails were rushed and not anywhere near what i expected. I would be more forgiving if i wasnt going to a wedding and didnt recognize the sanitary issue. The edges were sloppy for my dipped manicure and my paint was uneven on my gel pedicure. I was even missing dip powder on the tip of my index finger. For 3 hours I realized I could just drive to a further salon which is what I would recommend. I understand being short staffed but don’t create appointments you can’t keep and then give rushed/sub par service.

When it came time to paint, I had to ask her to paint all the way to the top and bottom. She went to the top on only two after I asked, but the ends were still a mess. The first two pictures were taken as soon as I got into my car to show how it looks as if I had a manicure weeks ago and not minutes prior. The third picture was taken two days later to show what not painting the whole nail or filing smoothly will get you. Besides the terrible job, it was also the most expensive manicure I have ever had. I also asked for short and round. I will have to do it myself apparently. Please do not waste your money here. I only did because they still take appointments. I loved how my nails came out, I got a gel manicure. They did it very fast and I enjoyed the experience a lot. However, the day after one of my nails chipped, and in less than a week three were chipped to the point where I ended up just taking them all off. However, I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was just the polish, because my friend got them done and hers are lasting a lot longer and still haven’t chipped. Will probably be trying this place again because for the price they do an amazing job. (I believe the color was #207 if you would like to steer clear of it)

I used to go to a different salon to get my acrylics taken off, but the service wasn’t very nice and the removal process was always a huge pain. Out of frustration, I had decided to try the next nail salon I could find, and let me tell you… I’m so glad I did this! Not only was the acrylic removal process inexpensive and painless, but my nail lady also painted my real nails underneath (as per my request) and shaped them to look even better than the acrylics I had previously had on before! All for only $25. Will DEFINITELY be returning!

Critical: QualityI was just at this nail salon last Wednesday the day before thanksgiving && not only did the nail tech not use the color I choose she filed my nails after they were finished!!! Great experience! I was really pleased with the customer service. It is appointment only right now so as long as you plan for that you are fine. My nails look great.
