This is my third visit to Grace and Aiden’s salon and they are the best kind of small business owners, ones who value their work, do their best with what they have to give the customer what they came for. Grace did a beautiful job on my dip extensions. I asked for ombre French extensions and she delivered! I can’t stop looking at them. This is my third visit to Grace and Aiden’s salon and they are the best kind of small business owners, ones who value their work, do their best with what they have to give the customer what they came for. And the prices are very reasonable!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualitySo let’s just say, you have to treat every customer with respect when they’re coming into your establishment spending their money. Their level of professionalism is very poor. I came in at 2:45pm for a mani and pedi didnt leave until 6pm. No they were not busy when I came. I got into the chair and they started working on my pedi. they stopped working on me and worked on another customer while my feet were soaking in a mask. Which she burned me while smashing the mask into my foot. I did tell her it was to hot, she did apologize,Which is fine however they left me there and two to three customers that came behind me ended up leaving before me. I didn’t complain even when another worker noticed she forgot about me. I laughed it off because I’m a very patient person so a different person finished me up and started working on my nails. As she’s finishing my nails she gets upset because I asked if it was ok if I got another coat because one hand didn’t match the other. She slams the polish down and say she has other customers “a third coat” rolled her eyes and gave another coat with a attitude ( remind you they were getting busy and it was only three workers working so thats why she really had a attitude) me shocked, and disturbed because I have been very patient with them today and I didn’t feel as though asking for a 3rd coat of polish should have been a issue. After all they had me sitting here for 3hours and I didn’t complain. So after my gel set she basically rushed me out the door didn’t say anything didn’t moisture my hands or anything however she took my payment rushing the other lady to go and have a seat and didn’t say bye have a nice day or anything. Me still remaining calm walked out. It was relaxing from the soft music playing in the background, the sound of water and the foot massage, we all fell a sleep. People are kind. If I am ever in the area again, this is my first stop. Had appointment at a salon near the hotel but was running late from Ifly so we had to find another option and so happy we ran across this place. OMG!! The best service ever! I went their with 3 of my nieces as a walk-in. It was relaxing from the soft music playing in the background, the sound of water and the foot massage, we all fell a sleep. People are kind. If I am ever in the area again, this is my first stop. Had appointment at a salon near the hotel but was running late from Ifly so we had to find another option and so happy we ran across this place.
