For one, they don’t greet any guest. Two, they change the prices all the time and have no menu. Three, the man that did my nails were impatient and rude. When I was trying to understand the prices he was catching an attitude. Four, he did a rush job on my nails and shaved my nail bed down to the pink layer. I will be asking for a refund. Five, my acrylic toenails broke off after a week because he put such a thin layer of acrylic on my nails. F these people and their business. They need to be shut down!!! Don’t spend your money here!!! This is the worst service I’ve ever received!!!

This place is horrible! Not clean. Terrible “customer service”! The man with the glasses did my manicure. I could tell he didn’t want to from the beginning, but I was just trying to get my nails done and go on about my day. He was grabbing my hands…not pleasant at all. I finally snatched back at him (reaction). Anyway…not a pleasant experience. I will NEVER, NEVER EVER go back there. They don’t deserve my money or yours.

I will never go back. I’ve been going here for about a year. Never again. It started out fine, but now 2 weeks and 1 day into their own fill, I had 2 lifted and 2 broken. Had my first set of acrylics here. They weren’t flush with my cuticle. Slightly lumpy. I’d ask for them to speak up, they were whispering. They filled my real nail so thin it was sensitive and painful after to do anything with. I thought I couldn’t handle wearing nails. I tried again somewhere else, much better experience. My 2nd and 3rd time here was very unpleasant, they were very rude did not even acknowledge me when i walked in. No one said anything didn’t ask me what i wanted or nothing. The guy was sitting there on his laptop didn’t even look up. There were 3 others busy doing nails and pedicures which i understand but they still could have said something. What i really didn’t like was that once i sat down to wait even after that rude experience was that someone walked in right after me and they spoke to them and took them right away so i said something to them about it and told them i was there first and the lady said oh i know i know. I was furious! I shook my head and walked out they will never see me in that shop again. They really need to practice good customer service skills because every last one of them is lacking in it. Will not go there again.

Today was my 1st time there . he did a spectacular job on my feet and toe nails…I’m glad I have a place to treat myself to on my lunch break. I stand up all day. They weren’t rude or ignorant to me. Its a peaceful atmosphere. The guy was really quiet and the woman was pleasant.
