I felt like I was rushed through. I had to keep telling the manicurist what to do. Everything was going wrong. I had dead skin around my nails that was not taken off. I could see debris and air bubbles under my gloss coat. I had nail polish on my skin. He must have bad eyes and shouldn’t be doing nails. None of the tools were cleaned before they were used on me. My toe nail was uneven and when I brought it up, she made it worse. Then she ended up letting me use the nail file. Then she took it away from me before I was finished using it. The next day when I had better lighting, I noticed one of my nails didn’t have gloss like the other ones, I saw another air bubble, and more debris under my gloss. I went back there and was treated with disrespect. They were acting like it was no big deal and said no one can even see it then sighed with attitude. I can also tell they are complaining about me in their own language. I was being nice btw and I wish I didn’t go back there. There were 4 people that came in after me that got served before me. I was waiting over 40 minutes before someone helped me. I still had to bring up a few things that were not done right. It’s like they pretend not to notice. They have a hard time understanding English and I had a hard time understand them. I left that place fixing some things myself and noticed that I have a big gap between my nail polish and cuticle on my thumb. It’s been 5 days and my cuticles already look horrible. He didn’t take enough off. That place has horrible lighting. They don’t wash their tools or their work station. Why would someone want their nails done in such an unsanitary place? Some of the workers don’t even do their own nails. I had high hopes for this place with all their reviews but now I’m questioning how many of them are fake.

Misquoted 3 times on prices for services for my daughter and myself. Gotnails done, two hours later, still waiting for the pedicure. Pd and left. When I questioned 6 pedicures ahead of me without appointment, they started screaming at me about how awesome and busy they are. Asked kindly to stop the yelling and false accusations. Very very rude. Saddest part, I tip 40%. Sorry for you. Add ouch!

The quality of nails depends on your nail tech. I’ve been here a lot but i probably won’t go anymore, I went today and my nails are just a simple plain color with no design. you can see a ton of bumps underneath the topcoat and it makes it look horrible, the shape of my nails are messed up, and the guy missed polish on the bottom part of my nail. I didn’t notice most problems initially cause at a quick glance they look okay but the more I look at them the more I just want them taken off honestly.

My regular salon unexpectedly had to shut down to fix water damages so after reading lots of reviews I decided to go here. They were very friendly and laid back and the place is very nice! I had acrylics but wanted to switch to gel. I thought they would soak them off but he actually just carefully peeled them off somehow using a little chip. It didn’t hurt at all so it was okay and it was faster than soaking. I love the full set of gel they did, I wanted something a little different and they know what they are doing. Very affordable too, and they didn’t charge me for removing the acrylics.

It was my first time coming here and they were so nice!! I have had my fair share of some bad nails and they fixed my last set after they the shape was wrong and were super thick, some did break after a few days but i believe it was from the last place i went to before coming to US Nails, this is definitely going to be the place I will be going to from now on!! The person that did my nails took his time and really tried to do the design i wanted, I absolutely loved them. Thank you US Nails
