The guy doing my nails left paint all over my nails. He was definitely rushing, took less that 30 minutes to do dip. He didn’t care to ask how long I wanted them or what shape I wanted. I went in for a manicure and asked them to write on my card because it clearly states that you have to spend 15$ or more. I definitely spent more then that and they’re response to me was that prices are going up so they’re no longer honoring the old card. Literally wrote on my friends exact same card 10 seconds before this but didnt want to honor mine? Well then can I have a new card or at least honor it until you get new cards? No, sorry. What?! This place is a joke.. Never going back again. I would give this place ZERO stars but that’s not an option unfortunately.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had about a 20 minute pedicure, and was hoping for at least 30 minutes. The girl that did it was not professional, kept leaving to go check her phone. Charged me to take the shellac off my toes because I didn’t do shellac again! She put 1 coat of polish on, usually the do at least 2 coats. I hate paying for things I’m not happy with!
