I discovered U.S. Nail while visiting from out of town and needed a redip. They got me in right away. She was prompt and efficient in removing my current dip. When doing my new dip she did additional treatments I hadn’t had before. The end result is amazing and they are lasting longer than other manicures! Critical: Professionalism, QualityAt first I thought they were looking good but when then when they were putting on the acrylic they weren’t going closer to the cuticle like it should have been and it already looks outgrown. Also when they put on the polish they didn’t let each layer dry all the way so when I went under the dryer the top layer dried and under it was still wet so it smudged right away and two of my nails look like they are pointed upwards. I also still have a lot of cuticle on my fingers. At first I thought they were looking good but when then when they were putting on the acrylic they weren’t going closer to the cuticle like it should have been and it already looks outgrown. Don’t know her name, but the wife doesn’t know how to paint nails. She globs it on and then wipes the sides. I got shellac and it peeled off by day 6. The guy jimmy, which is the husband, is very offensive. If you’re looking for a peaceful environment don’t go there. He used the N word in a salon full of black women and they all continued to laugh and joke with him as if it was okay.
