Critical: ValueI went there yesterday for a pedicure and gel polish and eyebrow wax. My bill I was $100 dollars. I knew they were overpriced but they are never busy and I was in a hurry. The woman owner told her husband to use quick dry on my pedicure but never told me it was a upcharge. I am not sure if they are never busy because they are overpriced or if they have to overcharge because they are not busy. In any case, with all the nail salons around I am surprised they are not trying to be competitively priced. I went there yesterday for a pedicure and gel polish and eyebrow wax. My bill I was $100 dollars. I knew they were overpriced but they are never busy and I was in a hurry. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI have been coming to this nail salon probably for close to at least 12 years. Jennie and her husband Steve have always gone far and above to create a safe and clean environment for their customers. They take their time in providing service to their customers. I never write reviews but I just wanted to check the reviews after my experience . I went here once YEARS ago when I was in middle school ool and haven’t been back since recently . My experience recently reminded me why I never went back . All I’m saying is the reviews are accurate. (Ps. I don’t need a rude comment back from the husband .) ✨I guess that’s who’s commenting . I should have taken this place being empty on a Saturday at 1pm as a sign. The board says $37 for a manicure and pedicure and I was charged $55. I questioned this and she told me it’s because I got quick dry top coat. So I said you charged me $18 for quick dry top coat? She actually had the nerve to tell me well it’s the “best” one while smirking. This dump must have to overcharge and rip people off to stay in business.

Do not go to this place! The only reason I came here was because I was in a rush and was already in the area. BIG MISTAKE! The owner overcharged myself and my mother for our manicures and pedicures; i was overcharged $60. I specifically requested for a regular pedicure for my mother, and the owner gave us a gel pedicure instead to upcharge us, and did not waive the cost of the mistake she did. I wanted to get out of there, and the owner’s daughter had the nerve to ask me for a tip. I will never ever come to this place. I am writing this review to inform you to get your nails done somewhere else to save your hard working money! I wasn’t asked a damn question, I told you what service we wanted!

I needed to get my nails done last minute before a trip. Every where else in town was packed. I pull in to this place and it’s completely empty. I should have taken that as a sign especially since it’s a Saturday. I got gel tips and gel pedi. On board gel tips say $70 and gel mani $35. The scummy owner charged me $75 and $50. Like what? I got a solid color. No design. I should have said something but I’m a nice person that hates confrontation. I walked out sat in my car to look at reviews and See If it was just me but nope. Everyone says same thing. I should have looked before I went. Then he has nerve to ask me if I’m leaving tip on the card? No, thanks. I will tip your workers in cash so you don’t take any of their hard earned money.

This place is highway robbery. They Over charge a lot. And thinks its ok to overcharge because they are broke and all their reviews proves it. They might have a few loyal people but for the most part, they lose more people than gain. The angry husband needs an attitude adjustment on these reviews too. Maybe stop robbing people that are hard working honest people and start being more professional and your place wouldn’t be so empty. Jenny runs from one person to another and you cant even have her focus on one person at a time and the husband take WAY too longer with his awful pedicures.
