So, the girl who did my nails was great, friendly Did exactly what I asked I give her five stars but when he “The owner” told me the price I was shook $60 and i left her a $10 tip so$70 trip I literally did a fill in and needed ONE nail put on, okay we did very little art lol in my opinion ♀️for him to charge that. I have gone to places done full sets French manicure with a pedicure French pedicure and it has cost me $100 and that was a powder ombre to a white tip at that, not just a French along with a couple little jewels added as well…. $60 NEVER AGAIN HOW CAN YOU CHARGE THAT PRICE AND YET 40 FOR A FULL SET OF NAILS TO BE DONE WITH PAINT I LITERALLY DID A V OF PINK LOL AND THREE DOTS ON TWO NAILS . AGAIN NOTHING AGAINST THE NAIL TECH BUT THE OWNER CAN GO ON WITH THESE PRICES GOT ME ONCE …..SMH

Prices are comparable to the area. $34 no chip manicure. $8 wax eyebrow. Appointments only, but they got me in the same afternoon when I called in the morning. Workers are very nice and dress respectable. I got cats eyes color. Clear coat has cracks in it a few days later but color is in tack and has no chips 6 days later. I was waiting to see if the worker took clean cuticle clippers from a sterilized package in front of me. She did not. She brought it from the back room in her hand. So depending on your outlook on this it may be a concern for some.

I very rarely write reviews, therefore, I take no pleasure in having to write this review, but the fact that I am writing a review shows my strong dissatisfaction with the services rendered. An acquaintance went in for a simple routine pedicure and the nail technician cut the hallux (big toe) to the point where blood was gushing forth. The only remedy that “US Nails” offered was to dip the entire foot in ice water. No bandages or antibiotic ointment were provided. After leaving “US Nails”, professional medical treatment had to be rendered, the hallux was then wrapped in bandages that require changing daily, and a seven day regimen of antibiotics was administered to help combat any possible infections. Given the circumstances, medical professionals even sought to recommend a tetanus shot. This review is not intended to dissuade or tell any present or future customers to avoid this establishment, but rather this review is intended to highlight the importance of always applying the very simple business principle of providing sensible, safe, and quality customer care/service. The nail technician proved to be negligent in performing this pedicure, resulting in injury to a paying customer. Therefore, moving forward this establishment will no longer be patronized by a fellow acquaintance.

I called at 11:30 she said I could come in at noon. When I arrived I did not have to wait. Mary was pleasant, professional and did a beautiful job. I was in & out in an hour. Just got my nails done again here. Absolutely love love love them! The people are always very nice and pleasant . The girl I usually go to is named Jessica and she is beyond amazing. She can literally do anything you ask. I don’t mind waiting because I know my nails are going to be exactly what I ask for every time. ❤️❤️❤️
