Some nail techs are great but the last one was an older gentleman who made every single one of my fingers bleed with the dremmel and the rest of the process stung so bad. Some of the old polish can be seen through the new polish, the end of my nails aren’t wrapped, but my fingers stung so bad I just wanted to get out of there. Now I need to wait for my fingers to heal before I can get them fixed.

Got my nails done here today I told them I wanted rhinestones where the zebra print is and he said they fall off easy like I didn’t ask if they fell off easy I said I wanted them on my nail but you see wat I ended up with ♀️ smh but besides that I think they did a good job for the other parts that they listen to to me about what I wanted it’s like if I’m paying for it you should do exactly what I asked you to do I don’t care what you think if you’re paying for it then yeah you can put your two cents in … But if not then do what. I ask for and if you can’t then say so.. that just kind of upset me about that part..

0 stars if I could. I quit going here because of poor quality and thought I would give them a second chance as my “new” place was booked. I was told 20 minutes. An hour later I had to complain to be seen after someone was taken ahead of me. They then argued with me about my services which I had written on the paper and discussed with the tech up front. They basically wanted me to just continue to wait at a booth. I get it if you’re busy, but say it will be an hour and don’t be rude to customers who have waited patiently. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.

Over priced. Didn’t trim toenails properly, stabbed foot with sharp tool while talking to another worker, foot bled! Manicure sloppy and so rushed me that nails not dry and messed up 2 nails getting money to pay. Won’t go back
