They only have two technicians and they rush the service because of it. My skin had polish everywhere and she looked at me crazy when I asked her if she was going to leave it like that.

Poor customer service!!!! I traveled from Ohio to Tuskegee for a funeral. Needed two nails repaired so I came to this place. Wished I had seen the reviews first. I would have never walked into this place. Three employees, one customer. So not very busy at all. I stated what services I needed, the gentleman watching television stated I could either stand or sit after I asked him which seat I should take. Who does that??? I am a new customer !!!

DISREGARD THAT 1 STAR—THEY DESERVE NO STARS!! because of convenience I went back to this place for a pedicure and full set. She did a terrible job of shaping my nails, i have 3 different shapes. my toes polish look like my 4 yr old grad daughter did it. I think she could do better. did not get a massage with pedicure and hot towel was a wash cloth. I think because of location, they fill like they can do anything. GOT THEM DONE ON THURSDAY, REPAINTING THEM MYSELF ON SUNDAY. I WILL DRIVE TO MONTGOMERY FROM NOW ON, WHERE MY MONEY AND BUSINESS IS APPRECIATED.

What’s even more disturbing is that this shop is Asian owned in a Black town, yet the owners and employees don’t seem to respect their customers. It’s really just that it’s an okay place I tried to make conversation but some people just weren’t that friendly. the lady who gave me my pedicure did a great job when it came to painting but when it came to clipping she kept clipping parts of my meat, especially on the big toe. I also wanted to get my eyebrows arched. Once in the chair, the lady told me to close my eyes so she could Arch my eyebrows better. although my eyebrows are amazing I now have some bump patches underneath because after she finished waxing she put what smelled like blue magic on my eyebrows. My brows were red for the next 3 hours…… EVEN UNDER MY makeup…

If I can give no stars I would. I just got married today and got my nails done a week ago. I barely wanted to take pictures of my hands…why? Because my full set turned yellow! I READ IF YOUR NAILS TURN YELLOW ITS BECAUSE OF CONTAMINATED PRODUCTS OR BRUSHES. I called and they said it’s been ONE week so they can’t do anything about it. Besides that, the woman that did my hands…she was rough. And they are very impersonable. Now after paying THIRTY DOLLARS…I have to take my nails off after only ONE WEEK. I WILL NOT GO BACK.

I came here with my mother earlier today and had a really great experience! The employees were nice and took a lot of time on our mani and pedi. Very clean and friendly environment. I’m not sure what everybody else’s problems were with this place, but they were not rough with my hands or feet at all.
