Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is the second time I have given this salon a try and both times I left unsatisfied. This nail salon is very pricey and they provide low quality service. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. 5 minutes after receiving a 43 dollar fill in one of my nails broke. I returned and the lady told me my nail was thin. Why wouldn’t you tell me that when you did the service at first. She then proceeded to advice me that she was doing me a favor for fixing the broke nail for free when I asked if I should expect all my nails to break. She never answered my question but she continued to be rude and unprofessional. I have been getting my nails professionally done for over 20 years and this is one of the worst.With prices at the nail salon going up as high as they have we expect our nails to look good. This is the second time I have given this salon a try and both times I left unsatisfied. This nail salon is very pricey and they provide low quality service. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. 5 minutes after receiving a 43 dollar fill in one of my nails broke. I returned and the lady told me my nail was thin. Why wouldn’t you tell me that when you did the service at first. Positive: ProfessionalismI had my nails done only a week ago and needed them cut down (a lot) already and a new gel color. While the technician was in training (by a lady who would come over and check and show by example periodically), the technician did a really good job. My nails look beautiful. It took so long because she was very cautious, but I will go back for sure. I had my nails done only a week ago and needed them cut down (a lot) already and a new gel color. While the technician was in training (by a lady who would come over and check and show by example periodically), the technician did a really good job. My nails look beautiful. It took so long because she was very cautious, but I will go back for sure. They also have the L.P.I. “Funny Bunny” color that I love, that not all salons carry.

Critical: ValueI have never felt so rushed. Every other nail salon would keep my hand under the light at least 60 seconds for the gel polish. A few times it was only about 20 seconds. And the soak before the manicure was maybe to get them just wet. I’ll not be back. Plus it cost $38 for the French tips to rush me like they did.Service: Manicure

Critical: QualityPedicure was ok. Then I had a full set put on and I kept saying making them short and round. I pointed several times that the nail is not glued down to my finger nail and nothing was done. The nails were not short and they were not shaped round but they have a point to them. Pedicure was ok. Then I had a full set put on and I kept saying making them short and round. I pointed several times that the nail is not glued down to my finger nail and nothing was done. The nails were not short and they were not shaped round but they have a point to them. I have noticed how this business quality it’s not what it used to be. Won’t be going back

Critical: ValuePaid $38 for a mediocre at best pedicure. T HH e girl rushed though the entire process and there were only 2 other customers in the shop at the time. I brought my own polish as I always do and she handed it back to me covered in polish. She was sloppy and I’ll never go back.
