Went in to have a repair done and the woman asked me if I was from here and being as I just moved here I said no. She then had me waiting for over an hour for 1 nail repair and took 3 walk ins while I was waiting. I spend a lot of money on my nails and toes along with the money I spend having my 2 daughters and my mother’s nails and toes done every 2 weeks. I will find another salon that will have no problem taking my money (approx 400mo). I never would have imagined that a “professional” establishment would have treated someone just because they thought there was no return business in it for them. Nice to know that our American dollars are going to fund these types of businesses with grants which should be given to people that at least appreciate the business they get. Smh

The service was amazing, the people were so sweet and made sure you were satisfied with your nails, Prices are very reasonable, I paid $50 for a full set of acrylics and got two colors painted on my nails, took about an hour roughly but the environment was peaceful, definitely coming here again. My daughter and I came here to get a French manicure. As we walk in there was employees sitting in the Pedi chairs and there was a lady laying on the couch. My daughter spoke up and told them what we were wanting. My daughter said that station number one. I sat at station number four. They were not friendly at all. They spoke in that language that you can’t understand the whole time we were getting our nails done. Which I think is very rude. Not one time did the man at station number four even speak to me. Again I think it’s very rude. After my nails were done. I gave him a tip. When I gave him the tip he started speaking that language that you can’t understand to the other people there and they started laughing. Which again I think is very rude. I have tried that place three or four times and I will never go back there. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but yet still the same results. Very unprofessional. Sorry not sorry

First time ever using US Nails and I must say it was an awesome experience!! We were greeted with smiles and immediately sat down at stations. I got a deluxe pedicure, gel on my toes and dipped nails. Lena done an amazing job and was very gentle with my feet. I told her I was a first timer at pedi’s and was nervous about anyone messing with my feet. The massage chairs were incredible and the that deluxe pedi was out of this world. Lena helped me pick out my nail colors and did an ombré glitter accent nail. I let her do her thing and she did great!! If you are in the area, GO check them out!!!
