I have never had an issue with US Nails in the past. The wait is always longer but they’ve always done a good job so its worth it. Well I was extremely disappointed with my most recent visit. I got a pedicure and gel manicure on 7/2 & its 7/4 and my gel manicure is already chipping. Its a little frustrating to spend the money when they don’t last even one week. The actual manicure looked SO good and i really liked them but the chipping after 2 days is a little ridiculous

This place is a joke. I got a short gel set that’s literally 2cm from the tip of my finger and I was told my total was going to be $60. The nail tech did not do my nails as I inquired. I wanted short square set for a wedding and she did rounded short. They are round due to her applying so much polish on the 1st and 2nd coat. I asked for my cuticles to be cut and they tried charging me $10+… I’ve gone to various nail shops and have never been charged for that part of the service… smh. Please don’t ever go here unless you’re looking to be ripped off..

Have been going here for a year or longer. Had fill in (acrylic) on Thursday and by Monday my thumb nail was lifting. I stopped by after work for them to repair and the owner was very rude even though I was being very discreet in telling her about the problem so that customers wouldn’t hear me. She said it was my fault and I should get a new set and it wouldn’t happen again. She was loud enough for the other clients to hear her and she made it look like I was at fault. After reading about nails lifting, it looks like it’s all in the prep of the nail. I wasn’t laying blame on anyone, I just wanted the nail to be repaired. She said you can sign in if you’d like and I will try to work you in. This was very disappointing and I’ve never had a problem until now. Looks like I will be finding a new nail salon. What ever happened to customer service.?

I have used this mail shop on one occasion. I went in today for the fourth time and every time I’ve gone in there was a serious wait. So I left. This time I tried to wait it out and I just couldn’t do it. The service is very slow. The workers are rude and the shop is just very nasty and messy! There were flies and stuff everywhere! I will never go back. As I got up to leave one of the workers yelled out …”bye” Just nasty and RUDE!

The owner is so sweet. She does manicures for the seniors when called upon for a nonprofit called “Lifting the Spirits of Seniors”. Sloan does my gel manicures and she does a great job. I am hard on my nails at work so Sloan began doing a base of dipping powder before applying the gel. It works amazingly! They are professional, clean, and so sweet! I have become a regular now. They take the time to take care of the customer. I have been to too many nail spas in the area that rush you out and do awful jobs. It is not like that here. They are awesome.
