I love this place! The family is pleasant and really get to know you. They can do designs like flowers, swirls, polka dots, etc. They’re not big on rhinestones, and new age trends. I tried going some place else, for design-sake, and it wasn’t worth it! I ain’t saying no names because I think they might “bite” me! (Wink wink)

I’m a local resident that live near this shop I used to love this place and it’s customer service but lately they have been unappreciative of my business as a loyal high paying client. I have been going here for over a year now and Kathy and her husband are the owners I think or I was told this by an employee there. I always spend close to over over $100 when I get my nails and eyebrows feet done. I’m a loyal client so it took me a while before deciding to stop going there and leave this review. Lately when I come in the employees are rude and act like they don’t know me even though I come once or twice monthly. They nail art work is slacking- meaning the detail of my nails look rushed and you know that can be hurtful when you spend close to $100 on nails. I feel that if they advertise wax then they should always have a wax specialist working and this is not the case they claim the wax lady only comes in on weekends… Kathy who I always like to do my nails is starting to act funny towards me like she don’t care for my service when she know that I come often and I tip plus spend a lot of money. They are very unprofessional and don’t care about the customer service. There is this girl name Ann that works there she is the only one that seem like she love doing nails and making clients happy and she’s very creative with nail design I like the card b stones so y’all know I spent a lot of money getting them put on. To sum it up I’m taking my business elsewhere because I hate my hard earned money being handed over to ungrateful business owners there’s 1000s of nail shops in Atlanta and I chose to be loyal to this shop and they can careless it truly hurts but I’m over it and I will never return or recommend this shop to anyone else.

I have had the same nail tech at a different salon for years, but my last few visits her work has been way off. With a lot of thought I made a decision to go elsewhere since choosing a different tech at same shop would cause issues amongst the techs. I took a chance on US nails and was impressed. Kevin was everything! He listened to my wants and needs, then executed with perfection. He was very thorough and has a great attention to detail. Very kind and professional! I have found my new nail tech.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for 20 years and even though I’ve moved from Snellville back to town (near Emory) they have the best service and the best people. I always get disappointed when I go elsewhere. And finally, they are the only shop that can do polka dots on my toenails correctly so they look fabulous!! I get lots of compliments on them and they’ve been my signature design for years now!

Was going to Luxury nails and spa (Tthey always had Horrible service and crappy work. Don’t go there) but after they made me bleed after rushing even though I had an appointment I said I would never go back. It took a while to find somewhere I thought would be a good place. They’ve were quick did exactly what I asked without complaining or judgment (unlike the other place) did an excellent job and wer very reasonably priced! I will be coming here from now on!

I rarely have to wait to be serviced. Once I’m in the chair, someone is at my feet immediately. They are very nice and try to get to know their customers. I’m Never disappointed when I leave the nail shop!!
