Me and my daughter was recently here and our gel polish bubbled and came off in less than 24 hours I reached out to them about a refund and they refused to give one. All of they polish is old and out dated as well as the shop never will I ever again stop here. Me and my daughter was recently here and our gel polish bubbled and came off in less than 24 hours I reached out to them about a refund and they refused to give one. I have been coming to this nail salon faithfully for the past 3 years and Jon (man that does my nails) NEVER EVER lets me down, it’s a great time every time I’m there. they do great work, the lady that works here (owner) snatches my brows and understands what it means to have “medium” brown and NOT thin.. I’ll never go to a different place as long as they’re in business!

I have been here 3 times now and this was the last straw. First time was terrible but second time was better since I chose a different nail tech. I decided since he was okay to schedule an appointment with him. Scheduled for 530. Arrive on time. Am asked to come back at six. Come back and he’s STILL working on the same lady. He asked me if the other tech could do it but I refused because of her sloppy work (I didn’t SAY that though). I am finally taken at 620. He seemed irritated with me and did not speak (he was such a chatty cathy last time) I ask for stiletto shape and show him a french manicure picture because I don’t like the tips too thick. He gives me ROUNDED TIPS AND PAINTS HALF OF EACH FINGER WHITE. They looked so bad I cried when I left because I did not want to sit for another 45 minutes so that he could fix it. There is acrylic all over my fingers and not just on my nails. Paint and clearcoat all over my fingers. This is by far the worst fill-in I have ever gotten. I would give zero Stars if I could. Buyer beware! Do not get your nails done here unless you want a half ass job.

I use to go there faithfully for years Kathy did my nails until they Changed owners over a year ago. I hate how they did my nails the1st time i had clumps of nail polish on my nails. Went in a 2nd time just to see if it was just a that day. Taaahaaa!!!! my nails fell off within the week “which never happened before” dont waste your money or time!!! The nail salons in walmart do way better quality then they do!

I’ve gone there a few times. Horrible pedicures. Guy doesn’t rub your feet. He’s too gentle. Cut me with a razor. I saw several roaches. No hot water. Nails chipped within days. Nails uneven. Worst salon ever.

My eyebrows are fine and thin, she’s the only tech that can do them and make them look fuller without taking half my eyebrows off. I bypass hundreds of salons to go here just for that reason.
