The staff in the salon was completely unprofessional. Throughout my gel acrylic manicure, I noticed that the nails were applied crooked. I asked about it and she responded that she wasn’t done yet and she would fix it. Before she painted them, I commented on it again, to which she got snappy with me and responded “It’s my job. I know.” Fast forward to the end of the manicure, and she made another girl finish my nails and they’re the most crooked I’ve ever seen. They also charged me $62 for a manicure, which is ridiculous. I will never be returning here ever again, and I recommend no one else make the same mistake I did.

Critical: QualityI originally had acrylic powder for 3 months which I did overseas and that helped my normal nail get pretty long. Then I came to this salon and they didn’t advise me for a refill which costs $40, instead they removed it and then put gel polish on my nails which then cost $42 (removal $5+ gel $37). Then I came to this salon and they didn’t advise me for a refill which costs $40, instead they removed it and then put gel polish on my nails which then cost $42 (removal $5+ gel $37). Just had my nails done, powder dip, by Julie on Friday. She was wonderful and fast. I saw some of the nail art work she had done and will definitely be doing that on my next appointment for the Holiday season..really detailed and beautiful work. I’ll be going to Julie from now on;)

I went back the next morning to get them fixed and the same women who did my nails maybe 13 hours earlier could not find the color that I had used the day before so she put a “similar” color on the chip and sent me on my way. Really wanted to like this place… The lady with the bob hair cut is especially rude and unwelcoming one that sits in the front window corner It’s almost like no one wanted to do our nails and they weren’t busy. We won’t be back. We have been here twice in the past and the service was just ok but today was just unwelcoming. Mind you All 3 of us are black… Do the math!

I liked how the chair massaged my back and my head. And how the lady put the stuff on my legs and it made them feel very smooth. She scrubbed my feet and got the dry skin off my foot. She gave the greatest foot massage. I definitely would go back for another spa pedicure. Pedicure

So….. I got a gel acrylic manicure (not fake nails) and it only lasted a little over 1 week. That wasn’t the biggest problem though. The nail technician dug into my finger and made it bleed, and it hurt and I had to tell her to stop. Then, 1.5 weeks later, come to find out I now have a NAIL INFECTION and it’s super gross because this woman – whether it was a mistake or not – dug into my nail bed. Fast forward to now, and I’m on an antibiotic for 10 days and I have numbness and serious pain in my finger. OUCH!!! I am not returning to this place, even for an eyebrow wax. I wish I could give them ZERO stars.
