This place is absolutely UNSANITARY, dirty & they have the floor falling apart & they have a rug covering it . All the Pedicure chairs are absolutely disgusting stains & dirty all over you can tell they never clean it . The chairs are just as bad . Also the service is terrible when I tell you RUDE I mean NASTY RUDE . As soon as I walked in they asked what needed to be done I said my sister needed her nails removed & she asked what was I doing I said nothing she laughed & said nothing ? Ha . Like if it’s a problem I’m not doing my nails using their services. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME 17 dollars to GET THE NAILS REMOVED . never in my life have I paid 17 dollars to take off nails on 8 fingers not even all of them & I had cut them down & removed most before taking her there . THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH NEEDS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN 100%

The woman who did my pedicure was RUDE! My pedicure was done poorly. I ended the manicure because she continued being rude. They also said they did “IDB hard gel” service, but really didn’t. Instead of just telling me that, this nail tech just kept complaining to her coworkers. She had a terrible attitude. I am absolutely offended. I will not support this business again.

Tammy the owner is very rude and rough. She left polish on the side of my nails and didn’t want to remove it. Then she got an attitude when I asked to stay under the UV light for an extra minute. Also, I had to ask her to put on a new glove before starting on my nails. The one glove she had on was dirty. When she finished my nails, she walked off without telling me the total. I will never patronize US Nails again.

Went there today. Everyone was awesome super friendly. I have manicure pedicure eye brow wax and a full body massage. Will be back again. Kim took great care of my feet . Prices are average or slightly above but definitely worth it.

I went here to get my nails done for my birthday.. I was waited on immediately and the owner did the exact design I asked for. The only issue I had was that she cut my cuticles (they were really sore and kinda bleeding) and the skin around my nails up pretty bad and instead of asking or gently reaching for my hand she snatched it frequently. I was also charged $60 for a full set which was kinda outrageous. So I will not be returning.. Lastly she also didn’t clean under or around my nails ( so I had leftover acrylic in various places).

US nails always does an amazing job with my nails I’ve been coming here for over 5 years. , Tammy is the BEST for lash extensions and fill ins. The staff is wonderful and they always make time for their customers no matter how late you come in or how busy they are. 10/10 recommend.
