In my experience here I don’t recommend the person I had in seat #9 she did my pedicure and manicure super quick I’m paying almost $100 for both things and on top of that she got an attitude with me just because I told her to apply a second coat. Told me not to tell her how to do her job !! If I’m paying for it I’m gonna tell you what I want!!!

worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. $50 for a pedicure with gel polish and I have polish left on my skin, did not receive a full pedicure, and the nail file and nippers used were not disinfected properly. Please do not go here!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I went here on my 30 min break and no one greeted me when I walked in. 5 minutes after being there, a guy asked me what service I wanted, (eyebrow) and said it’ll be a minute. After 15 more minutes of waiting I left. I came back for a second time the same day after I got off of work to give it a second chance. This time I was greeted right away and was able to get serviced within 5 minutes. But I immediately left after I seen the condition the waxing room was in. There was overflowing trash with food in it next to the bed where you lay your head and dried up wax all over the place that looked like it haven’t been cleaned for awhile. Walking in to the salon it looked very nice but being in that room for only 5 seconds made me feel like I would have a rash on my eyebrows the next day if I let them service me. Very unsanitary and unprofessional.

They attended to me almost immediately even though it was a Friday evening and they were busy. I broke a nail I had done at a different salon and the lady went above and beyond to mix colors in order to get the exact same shade, even though I said I didn’t mind if the shades were different.

Whew. This one lady who was the staff was SO RUDE!! we were trying to tell her to stop while she was drilling and she said “keep your foot still and I can’t hear you over the machine” so we made her stop and got this older lady who was super sweet to finish. The two stars are for her. Just nasty.

Very unhappy with the staff. Absolutely no customer service , very arrogant employees. It was my first and last time i will ever step into that place. Was recommended by a close person, but felt bad even to tell how disappointed I was. If you are providing customer service at least you need to pass standard trainings. How to greet the first time comers and how to explain what services you provide. I felt as if i had to brag and ask them whAt service I should have even without knowing what they have. Horrible, i cannot even describe my disappointment. I will make sure that none of the people i know steps into this place. I couldn’t have been a great resource for them bringing more customers, but unfortunately the owner needs to understand that the horrible stuff that they have will make him very unsuccessful.

Customer service is borderline criminal. The staff are nasty and show favoritism, this is illegal. My nails began to crack up after just 2 days because the man who did them refused to do an extra coat. NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!! There are plenty of other nail salons to choose from.

The worst. I don’t think the technician who did my nails was actually qualified to do fill ins. He had to keep getting supplies front the tech across the isle. Supplies like acrylic liquid and powder- the basics. He did my know how to properly use the product.
