This is how the man left my nails!!! He burned me with the light!! Then He FEILD my skin off on the side and under my nail! I was so annoyed with him! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! The place is empty for a reason!!! Don’t waste your time or money. I came in and asked for a manicure and he didn’t even clean my dead skin right! $40 wasted !!!

I decided to go here to get my broken nails fixed while waiting for my car. When I asked him to remove the leftover acrylic from the broken nail I was told it was not acrylic but my nail. One of the nails was cut shorter than the other (both thumbs), and the shapes are not the same. There were bubbles on both nails and a black spot on one. There is also a polish build up at the bottom. He then went to buff the nail after applying the acrylic and buffed more of the skin on my finger than the nail.

Rude establishment. I walked across the street because I was getting my oil changed & wanted to kill time. While explaining what services I wanted the lady in the first chair told me to go back to Silver Spring. I immediately grabbed my purse & left. I would never spend my money here!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS!!! I went there last Monday and got my nails done and come this Monday my nails are popping off as if I went to the dollar store and bought a box of lee press on. I went back to this place with the nails that came off and ask if the man that did them could he fix them he got very defensive and he proceeds to tell me that my real nails are the cause of the nails coming off! Lol! I’m baffled because I’ve never had my nails pop off with gel polish In a weeks time they didn’t break or crack they simply fell off to point where the whole “acrylic nail” was still in tact. He was very rude about his work and wanted me to pay him to fix his work because he didn’t know what happened. Save your money and your time! People there don’t seem to take pride in their work and you will be disappointed. First and last time ever going there.

Don’t waste your time and money. First, I have been doing my eyebrows with Linda. She does a good job. But today I went in for a manicure and pedicure. It was the worst mistake ever. I could have done a better job myself. The guy in the nail salon did my nails. Very bad job. I asked him not to put a lot of nail polish on my toes because I know that it can get messed up later on. He put a lot of nail polish on them anyways and they did get messed up.I told him not to do the same thing on my hand nails. But he did it anyways. My nails look awful. I will not EVER go there again. When I told him that he basically messed up my manicure he started arguing with me and said that it was my fault. I don’t understand how it is my fault when all the nail polish is even under my nails. Very unprofessional.

This place sucks…. I walk in first off it smells like poop… literally… second I just needed a polish change. They argued with me that my nails were gel. After the back and forth they told me ide have to pay for the removal of my polish plus application it would have cost the same as a manicure. She rolls her eyes it was obvious she didn’t want me there…. Horrible service. Don’t waste your money…I only walked in because I had just had my oil change and it was right across the street.

Great customer service. They Really take care of you here, ask for Linda. She does great designs and takes her time to make sure she get to know what you like personally! I’ve been coming here for years the only down side is she can be a little slow. But I will wait for good work!
