Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis nail salon is horrible. I came yesterday to change my gel polish, not a manicure. Read that again, not a manicure. The lady kept asking me if it’s a manicure and was being aggressive with the machine while filing down the gel color that I already had. She cut my nails down with the machine without my permission, so now I have basically no nails. The gel polish they use does not even look like gel. It looks like regular polish. This nail salon is horrible. I came yesterday to change my gel polish, not a manicure. Read that again, not a manicure. The lady kept asking me if it’s a manicure and was being aggressive with the machine while filing down the gel color that I already had. Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityI usually go to another nail salon, but figured I’d try this one because it’s less than a mile from my home.My first shock was when I walked in – it didn’t look as clean as the place I go.Second, they don’t use the disposable bags in the chair where you soak your feet. (I wasn’t too comfortable with that).Last – they barely did the heels of my feet & the foot/leg massage was terrible. No hand massage, or lotion after manicure.The lady, Tina, was nice, but it’s a very rushed experience (the girl sitting next to me thought the same, as it was her first time as well).Most likely will not go back. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been going there since 2008, their work is really great, love the deals they have for refill and pedi, or full set and pedi. The prices are great. I can pay roughly around 62$ for a manicure, pedi, eyebrows and a design. Where can you go for that price.. the staff is friendly, short on help but it’s worth the wait. I have been going there since 2008, their work is really great, love the deals they have for refill and pedi, or full set and pedi. The prices are great. I can pay roughly around 62$ for a manicure, pedi, eyebrows and a design. Where can you go for that price.. the staff is friendly, short on help but it’s worth the wait. I recommend going there to anyone.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBeen going to the same salon for over 12 years. Very nice amazing people…. Never have I ever or will not change them for anyone in Berks county. They are also very clean with everything before they close they make sure to clean everything with bleach and bathroom are always clean. They also have always treated my daughter and any other kids with respect even the ones that can’t sit still. But I really recommend this salon to anyone coming out of town or that live in town. With appointment wise some people do run late and to keep business running they will take the next person till you get there but for people to try and bash them is a lie and horrible.Been going to the same salon for over 12 years. Been going to the same salon for over 12 years. Very nice amazing people…. Never have I ever or will not change them for anyone in Berks county. They are also very clean with everything before they close they make sure to clean everything with bleach and bathroom are always clean. They also have always treated my daughter and any other kids with respect even the ones that can’t sit still. But I really recommend this salon to anyone coming out of town or that live in town.
