Critical: QualityTerrible. The best aspect was that I was seated in about 5 minutes, although in retrospect I spent about 2 and 1/2 hours there. The lady spent a lot of time trying to bump and shape my nails out which are still very bulky. I had to go home and file over her work to create a new shape, although this did not fix the thickness of the acrylic she put on. Also within a week my nails are already popping off and I am very low maintenance. I don’t work excessively with my hands so it could only be at fault of the nail technician. Terrible. The best aspect was that I was seated in about 5 minutes, although in retrospect I spent about 2 and 1/2 hours there. The lady spent a lot of time trying to bump and shape my nails out which are still very bulky. I had to go home and file over her work to create a new shape, although this did not fix the thickness of the acrylic she put on. The gentleman who did my toes I went there for the first time was really nice very pleasant the place was clean however I wouldn’t go back to do a pedicure I felt like all he did was wash my feet and polish them . At one point I asked him are you going to clean my toes he said yes after I dry your feet which didn’t make any sense but he did attempt to clean them somewhat.

Always great service. Lovely staff. My pedicure is always on point. The calf massage is to tell everyone about. I really enjoyed the massage chair also.

Went in for a refill and pedi and it came out great. There was a massage chair during the pedi(no extra charge). I was relaxed and every body was so nice. I noticed they bought the salon from previous owners. Looks much better and the vibe is very welcoming.

Great ppl, very pleasant to be around always very nice to me. Treated me like family.. not sure why everyone else is giving such low ratings but I’ve never had an issue with my nails, or the job they’ve done on my nails.

The lady that did my mani/pedi didnt do a good job. I still have dead skin on my feet and my toe nail polish wasn’t painted correctly. My nail bed isn’t completely painted. It looks like the polish has grow out.
