My nail artist is very nice and she worked very hard, but I should’ve taken her an easier design because I did a ombré kind of thing and they just don’t really look great. They look fine in store, but when I actually got to see them in the sunlight, there’s kind of patches in the nail color, and they don’t look that smooth. It’s all right for $70, but I may not be going back in the future.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got a dip nail set removed AND replaced for only $60. It took an hour but my nails are PERFECT. Susan is an amazing nail tech who can recreate any picture you give her and is beyond polite. She assures every step of the way she’s doing it perfectly.She’s very sweet and will be sure to meet your needs to a T. You can tell she enjoys her job! I got a dip nail set removed AND replaced for only $60. It took an hour but my nails are PERFECT. Susan is an amazing nail tech who can recreate any picture you give her and is beyond polite. She assures every step of the way she’s doing it perfectly.She’s very sweet and will be sure to meet your needs to a T. You can tell she enjoys her job! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuei came here about a month ago and got my nails done and loved them and had no problem but when i came back today to get them done again i had a absolutely terrible experience i asked for white powder on all my nails but 1 of them french tip and they made them all french tip and i stoped and asked first if they were all gunna be just plain white and they said yes and then they gave me french tip and so then they said ig was too late and they gave me gel and they were gunna try charging me for powder and they would not take them off and not only that but they cut them way shorter than what i asked and made them so square (which i did not ask for) and they are absolutely HIDEOUS!!!! My friend, my daughter, and I had a girls night out and went here and got all our nails done. We got there around 6ish and waited not even 10 mins for us all to be seen. We all got full sets put on and between the 3 of us and having about 5 other customers there we were done in about 2-2 1/2 hours(not to bad) it was under $200 for all that we wanted(again not to bad) the only 2 complaints we had are, the one lady that was doing my daughters nails left in the middle of painting and left her sitting there(about 15 mins before Johnny B finished her nails) she left to go wax someone’s eyebrows. U shouldn’t leave until ur finished doing one job to go do another(and didn’t even say “oh I’ll be right back” or anything. Just got up and left). The other complaint is the other lady doing my friends nails was doing a some what of a difficult design because you have to put the dip powder on and scrape of some of the tip and redo with a different color..(u would have to actually see what I mean, it’s hard to describe) anyhow she wasnt complaining about doing it or anything just that another tech came over and checked out the work she was doing(about 3 nails in) and told the tech doing the nails..oh its gonna take about 2 hours just to finish doing it so immediately the tech doing the nails start to completely rush even after being told that we were in no hurry we were just out for a girls night to relax. So in the end you can sorta see that it was a rushed job and the tech also left paint and stuff all over my friends hands.
