Our family has been going to US Nail Salon for over 5 years. In all those years, they have been amazing. My wife raves about the service, product, and waxing. They could not be better than they are. In responding to Ms. Laura Smith, I find it hard to believe that your daughter waxes her chest. This clearly seems like a very upset employee or something. If you see all the reviews on this person, it seems they are very unhappy. At most places, all prices are given up front with no hidden fees. I hope everyone goes to US Nail Salon soon. They are certainly worth the money!

I was very comfortable, the staff and manager were kind, and they were helpful when my daughter had to hold her baby. Gentle care was given, we felt pampered, my nails look great (orange for our Astros!) and the prices were extremely reasonable. I highly recommend the deluxe pedi! So surprise with the way the new management run it! Very extraordinary different! I came to the shop two years ago and was very upset about the services and everything. I thought I will never come back again. Just last week I saw a banner saying they have new management with new look and 30% off on all services. Since it is close to my home so I decide to try the shop one more time to see how is it now. What I can say now is “WOW”. The shop is so nice and clean. I like the way they paint it. It make me feel very relax. The new owner is very nice and gently. They really care about me and others customers. Keeping asking me whether it is too cold or too hot so they can adjust accordingly. Look through the menu, they have many options for me to choose from instead of the old boring menu that I saw two years ago. They have full set, solar, shellac, waxing, and a lot of choices for pedicure from regular to deluxe. I treat myself a shellac and a deluxe pedicure to see how they perform their work. It is awesome. The lady did a great shellac for me. It looks very nature and elegant. I even fall asleep when she did my pedicure. Very gentle and polite. They also offer a free drink (I got a zero coke). When coming to the payment, it is even more impress. I got 30% off of all services which is a really good deal. And then I got a stamp on their business card. After six stamps, I will have $7 off. Wow! That’s is really too good to be a deal for me! I will come back to the store and bring my friends with me next time.

This used to be a good place to go for nails, or waxing, most times I come for waxing eyebrows. But now its not so good. There is an issue of cleanliness and lack of sanitation especially in the back room there is open food (crab legs) on a table next to the wax bed and its just gross! I have never seen such a thing in a salon. Not to mention my brows were barely shaped or done. Very disappointing.

My nails are not even a week old and have already chipped. They are not close to the cuticles and my nail isn’t even fully covered in the powder. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the design is beautiful and sturdy! I really don’t recommend this shop. Yes they are budget friendly but you get what you pay for.

This used to be a great place – but now, service is hit and miss. Scheduling is non-existent, even if you call ahead. Staff has gotten lazy over the years and don’t seem interested in taking care of customers. It depends on what mood and staff are there if you get good service or not. Towels to dry hands are often soured. Not so clean anymore either. Look elsewhere.

I’ve gone to this place for years to get my eyebrows done but recently, their service with eyebrow waxing has been terrible. The last time I went, the girl spilled hot wax on my cheek. And this past time, a different girl that I’ve never seen before was so rough with me it felt like she was ripping my skin off while waxing my eyebrows! She didn’t even do the full thing. She just waxed them and was done. Usually the girls trim my eyebrows and pluck the remaining hairs but this new girl didn’t bother. I recommend another place to go to get your eyebrows done
