I brought my son here to get a haircut, and I gotta tell you, their attention to detail is absolutely incredible. The woman, I unfortunately cannot remember her name, was amazing and cut my 2 year olds hair like a pro, he looks so handsome and grown up. She was fantastic. Beautiful shop, spacious and very clean. All the staff were incredible and polite. They are a little on the pricey side, but man do you get what you pay for and more. Love this place, definitely coming back.

I called today to make an appointment. The guy who answered said they don’t do appointments and hung up. I called back. I said hey – you guys have been doing appointments due to Covid for the past year. If that’s changed that’s fine – can I just walk in? The guy repeated himself. “We don’t do appointments” and hung up – again…. I mean what the heck??? I’ve gone to this barber shop like a dozen times and I’ve always had a positive experience. But these guys lost my business today. I don’t what the heck that was all about, but you can’t be so disrespectful and expect people to come back. Adios…

This shop is terrible. I will not be heading back which is a shame since they are literally across the street from my house. The US male on kirkwood is the only shop you should visit, 15mins out of the way for me. I went in today at 10am 2 haircuts being done one person waiting. The guy had to leave after he got done doing his cut I guess and the girl was literally shaping up someone’s neck for the half hour I waited. No one acknowledged me or told me the wait would be crazy when I walked in. One of the other chairs had a drape on it… so I thought someone else might walk out? Either way the cuts I have got here have not been great in the first place and one lady there made my son look like a Muppet before. I took him to the US male on kirkwood and they asked me if we had experimented with cutting his hair at home.
