Henry did a good job of cutting our 3yr old’s hair while being patient, careful and attentive. He cut our son’s hair just the way we wanted it and we never felt rushed. The place itself is clean, spacious and well lit and we definitely plan on returning here for future cuts.

I needed a sort of last minute haircut for a wedding and my barber was closed. I try to stray away from the mediocre chain places. Made an appt the night before and had a great experience with a haircut and shave. One of the best haircuts I’ve received. The only feedback I would suggest is asking before you trim around the eye brows, she did an amazing job but it’s a little nerve-wracking not knowing that was coming. Other than that, the place was very clean and professional. Highly recommend!

Had a haircut with Saif, showed him this picture that I wanted my haircut to be like. Dude literally shaved the ENTIRE back of my head flat. He cut it so short that the back of my head has a HUGE bald spot and the hair is sticking up. When asked why he shaved the back of my head he proceeds to tell me that “It’s because my hair isn’t coarse like the one shown in the picture.” What a scumbag. I’ve shown the same picture to plenty other barbers and none of them have EVER cut it this flat and short. Then he proceeds to charge me $30 for the cut when I’ve only ever paid $25 here and when I made the appointment, their website said the cost for the haircut is $25. Never coming back here again

I was always taught that Barbers/Tailors are your friends. They can make you look and feel amazing or they can jack you up….. I say this because Saif is one of the best Barbers in the area. There is nothing he can’t do. I went in with low expectations and was blown away. Saif listens to you. He will ask questions and make recommendations to make sure you leave looking like you own the world. I would recommend him to anyone.

I’ve used this establishment several times before and mostly have been a walk in with no appointment. They have been positive experiences until today. Decided to try my luck without an appointment. Several appointments came in after me and got tended to. After about 30-35 minutes a gentleman with glasses explained that they are helping people before me since I didn’t have an appointment. He then had the audacity to say that they will get to me when they get me after they have helped all their appointments. Basically I keep getting pushed to the back of the line. Not sure what that gentleman’s position is, but he was not very professional at all and has no clue on what customer service is. I don’t think I will be coming back.

I had an older review which I am doing a complete rewrite on today. I had an appointment and arrived about 12 minutes early. By the way, I really like the Online Appointment Creation website they have. You can pick the barber you want, the work you want done, and the time/day. Some other places just queue you up for a time and you may not get the barber you want. Big thumbs up for that one.
