Critical: Professionalism, QualityVery upsetting experience. Nail tech, Kay, which may or not be her actual name because she did not want to tell me her name when I asked, dremmeled a hole in my pinky nail. When she went to file the polish off my pinky she dug down way too hard and literally went THROUGH my finger nail. I told her I didn’t think I’d be able to continue with the planned manicure because I didn’t want polish on the injury- she passed me off to another gentlemen (who was extremely kind and concerned). I told him I just wanted my nails filed down and a clear coat. I did NOT expect to be charged for a manicure since 1. She dremmeled a hole in my nail and 2. I didn’t receive an actual, full manicure. But- she did charge me and when I questioned it she said she gave me $5 off since they didn’t do the pinky. That’s when I asked her name and she ignored me, I asked again and she stared at me for a solid 30 seconds before telling me. I did not want to argue or deal with her attitude anymore so I paid and left with intentions on calling to speak to a manager/owner.I have yet to receive a call back from manager/owner.Services: Pedicure, ManicureVery upsetting experience. Very upsetting experience. Nail tech, Kay, which may or not be her actual name because she did not want to tell me her name when I asked, dremmeled a hole in my pinky nail. When she went to file the polish off my pinky she dug down way too hard and literally went THROUGH my finger nail. It will take more than one visit to get this, because you need to start with two colors the first visit. But I am insane for the results. Tim does UNBELIEVABLE ombré SNS nails. I am so excited that he’s willing to indulge my imagination with three color ombré. It will take more than one visit to get this, because you need to start with two colors the first visit. But I am insane for the results. I always get a great manicure and pedicure and especially like the cleanliness of the shop. I read where someone said there was a smell and flies and in all the time I have been going, I have never experienced that. Even as the shop was being remodeled they kept the shop clean. I have been going to this business for probably 6 years, but I have been following two of the techs for 12 years. I always get a great manicure and pedicure and especially like the cleanliness of the shop. I read where someone said there was a smell and flies and in all the time I have been going, I have never experienced that. Even as the shop was being remodeled they kept the shop clean. I gave them 5 stars because I believe they deserve that.

To me that is very unprofessional. And not relaxing. When I first arrived she showed me a sparkling white and a pink and I said no then she showed me a purple and I said that is pretty but not for me . Then she got the nails that are painted to see colors and I picked out a sparkling red . Mind you I haven’t had a manicure for a couple of years . So she is painting my nails and I’m trying to just shut her voice out and relax and she painted my nails that purple color.
