They totally botched my color (too dark, red roots and completely uneven) and my haircut is several inches uneven. Charged more than quoted and would not fix it at the time of the appointment even though I was the last customer. So unhappy. Would never recommend or visit again. I saw Diane and the owner was the one I dealt with for the price. Awful service.

I have never had a worse customer service experience than I experienced here. I was there to get my hair permed. From the second I sat down in Katie’s chair, she touched my hair and questioned whether or not I’ve ever had my hair dyed. I told her no, thinking that would be the end… instead she asked at least 5 more times, which comes off as nothing short of an accusation. I appreciate that she wanted to protect my hair, however, that is NOT the way to do it. I am a natural red head! Saying “If you say so..” or “Well, you say you’ve never dyed it….” is plain rude. Once she finally moved on from that, she let me know that my 2 hour appointment wouldn’t work because she had to leave at 6pm and that I could come back, asking “didn’t someone call you?” which they did NOT otherwise I would not have come. I would not go to this place if someone paid me. So taking off of work early, to be awkwardly accused of dying my hair (which I never have) and then being told we’d have to start and then come back…. no thanks. I’ll take my business somewhere else, to a hairdresser that does not reek of cigarette smoke.

Not a bathrobe & champagne kind of place!!! I booked a spa appointment with multiple services with a friend; they knew we were booking together. But I didn’t see her until all services were done. Usually places try to schedule you & you party so you can at least have pedicures together; however that was not done. My pedicure was after my facial, which I have no complaints about, but before my body wrap & massage. My pedicurist warned me that based on the type of polish I got it might take up to 24 hours before it was completely dry. This worried me greatly as they didn’t have lights or fans to dry my toes before my next treatments. Thought they did have a spa area waiting room I still was directed to sit & wait up front in between services. And I had to cart around all my belongings (I had a bag with clothes as my friend & I were going out to a nice dinner after) to each treatment room.

Such an amazing place!! We couldn’t get our scheduled massages bc someone called out of work. But the staff was so nice! Even just for a Mani pedi – They let me look at all the labels to make sure my allergy situation was under control. In the end, it turned out they had a brand of nail polish that I’m NOT allergic to! (That never happens!) Also, the nail tech who did my services was SO nice and SO much fun to talk to! I was only visiting Milwaukee, but when I’m in town again, I’ll *definitely* go back!! Wonderful.

Scheduled a mother daughter spa day, we were separated the entire time, which was fine but the times we had to wait in between service was long. Went to pay and the price was higher then what the “special” was on th internet. When i asked about it the front desk girl was very rude and short with me and said their website is wrong and that they upgraded my daughter’s treatment, although they never told her or asked me. I asked to talk to someone about it and she said they were with clients. I looked at the receipt and showed her charges that were on there that I didn’t pay for and she got rude again and refused to talk to me about it. We left, hoping to get a call from the owner/manager but she never called.
