After being in quarantine for months, I finally was able to get my eyebrows done and they made one eyebrow so much thinner than the other. When I explained how disappointed I was, she became defensive instead of understanding. I DID NOT ask for money off or anything and she kept telling me how I was wrong. I will not be back and I do NOT recommend. I am so sad right now.

I’m not sure what the lady’s problem was who did my eyebrows but she scalped them clean, didn’t apologize, and wouldn’t give me any type of discount for next time or anything. I was very specific in what I wanted, but while I was explaining it I don’t even think she was listening. She was ready to attack my eyebrows before I even got a word out. I don’t understand why no one at this salon asks you what you want like every doesn’t prefer a different shape. I always have to stop them and tell them what I want first because before I can even lean back they’re ready with the thread in my face. I’ve gone to this salon since they were only a booth in the mall, and my eyebrows have never been left looking this bad before.

Great experience! I had been traveling 45 minutes to go to Chicago Ridge for years and now I’m glad my hubby told me to take a chance on Urmi’s because my brows look better than they’ve ever looked! I can’t rememver the girl who did my brows by name but I hear everyone is great. They listen when you say “not too thin, just clean up”

DON’T GO HERE!!! So after messing up what should have been a simple clean up by making my eyebrows super uneven, she then increased the price and told me that although I’m still paying for her messing up my eyebrows, the menu shows a star next to threading which apparently means she can change the price.
