Hema was amazing! I haven’t gotten my eyebrows and lip threaded in months. She took her time on my eyebrows and was super efficient on how they were shaped and looked. She was patient and so kind. Critical: ProfessionalismI frequently get my eyebrows done here and brought one of my friends to try it, one of the ladies blocked the door and said they were closed although it was 5:15 and they close at 5:30pm on Saturday, when i brought this up she tried to lie and say they closed at 5 that specific day while I could clearly see someone getting their brows done inside. You lost a frequent client and a potential new one. Eyebrow threading takes 5 minutes and we could have easily been squeezed in. I frequently get my eyebrows done here and brought one of my friends to try it, one of the ladies blocked the door and said they were closed although it was 5:15 and they close at 5:30pm on Saturday, when i brought this up she tried to lie and say they closed at 5 that specific day while I could clearly see someone getting their brows done inside.
