Critical: QualityHad a bunch of ingrown hairs after bikini wax; and Jahna was nice to talk to but didn’t bother getting a patch of hair off after I mentioned i didn’t want in concern.so definitely didn’t want to go to my next appointment; I had problems with the links sent to my phone when it came to canceling the apt. (Supposedly you get the option of canceling rescheduling or confirming) this wasn’t the case! As soon as I clicked the link it automatically confirmed. And no one ever answered my phone calls. Ironically after leaving a voicemail the day before my apt. As a mother of 2 I always have at least 1 child with me. When I got to the studio my son was sleeping in his stroller, and the entrance ramp made it super easy to maneuver my way in. As Jahna was prepping me my son woke up (not happy). Jahna remained focused and patient (we had to take a lot of breaks). I went in for a brow wax and tint after 3 1/2 months of growing out my brows. This was my first time tinting my brows and all I can say is I am truly blown away. Jahna perfected my shape! No more pencil filling in for me! I plan on going back for this service.
