Purchased a Groupon for a 75-minute massage. I scheduled my appointment through the website, but then Marika contacted me via email to say that she had a hand injury and that she would let me know when the doctor cleared her for work. She was very kind and apologetic but assured me that I could come in to use the Groupon later, even after the cancellation caused it to be expired.

Absolutely amazing and totally professional! I would follow Marika and her services to the end of the earth. She’s been doing an excellent job for years. I patiently waited for her to recover from her hand injury, because she is totally worth it. I will never let another massage therapist touch me again. I bought a Groupon that listed the location as downtown Decatur. It’s not. And over the course of about two weeks, I have left three voice mails and sent three emails and received no response. It is obvious she has no intention of honoring the Groupon. So, I am out money for services I will not receive, and Groupon customer service sucks. I will never use it again.

Do not waste your time and money! I received a Groupon for a true Serenity package. When I arrived I called the number multiple times and knocked on the door with no answer. When she finally came to the door 45 minutes later she told me that I cannot receive my full package because she had another appointment behind me. And she would not return my money so I have to go through Groupon to try to get my money back.
