She truly does take the time out to go over all the procedures to details the pros and cons. I can say one thing that I really love about Urbane is that she isn’t trying to up-sale me on everything. They care about my well being and the results not just about making money. I originally wanted several different procedures and she sat with me and really explained why my plan wasn’t in my best interest (even though she would have made a lot more.) She explained to me that to receive the best results it is going to be a process and that I needed to trust the process. Fast forward, 6 months later and I am exactly where I want to be and I couldn’t be happier.Bottom Line: Urbane Aesthetiks is WONDERFUL!Traci and her team are the best of the best. Traci and her team are the best of the best. She truly does take the time out to go over all the procedures to details the pros and cons. I can say one thing that I really love about Urbane is that she isn’t trying to up-sale me on everything. They care about my well being and the results not just about making money. I have never gotten Botox before and was honestly anxious coming in for the consultation, but she quickly eased me and made me fully understand the benefits of Botox and how to properly care for your procedure. She took the entire time to walk through any concerns or areas that I wanted to change and work on- even Botox to help me stop from grinding my teeth! I came back for the appointment with my mother and we were both so impressed and touched by Traci’s kindness and professionalism. Her salon is beautiful and very clean, and relaxing. I have never gotten Botox before and was honestly anxious coming in for the consultation, but she quickly eased me and made me fully understand the benefits of Botox and how to properly care for your procedure.
