I really like Urbana because it’s a spa experience as soon as you walk in. They offer you water, have a cushy waiting area and are very accommodating. Once I got back for my massage, I had a fantastic experience. I was asked every little detail before my massage to make sure I was comfortable and my preferences were applied. My massage was fantastic and I felt so much relief in my muscles. Checkout process was simple since my card was already on file. I left and still felt relaxed. A+

My family surprised me with a 90 minute Head to Toe Massage and Signature Custom Facial. The reviews look phenomenal! Justice at the front desk has already kind of ruined my experience. I called super excited to book my day and she began the conversation by rambling off the exact amount of the services. I tried a few times to tell her perhaps the dollar amount shouldn’t be shared but she just continued on. My excitement is dwindling at this point 🙁 Just to be clear, the rating is NOT about the services (still very excited once I can book), but towards my initial experience with the front desk.

I went here for a mini lux massage and facial. The ambiance when you walk in the door sets the mood. You have a choice of tea or water. I chose the green tea. Lois came out and took me back for my massage. She was very pleasant and the massage was 10/10. Just amazing. After I was finished I went back to a heated room to wait on my facial. Jalisa came in and took me for my facial and again 10/10. These ladies are amazing and I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning bc why would I go anywhere else.

We went for mani pedis. The nail techs were very nice. When you walk in the place it’s beautiful. However the nail area was not nice. Needs new paint, storage visible behind pedicure chairs. The pedicure chairs was dirty. There was only 1 table for manicures. They didn’t have/use fans for faster drying time. I have had better at the Asian spots (in NYC).

When making an appointment they tell you that you have a deposit and it goes towards your remaining balance then when you get there and pay you have to actually pay your full amount and I questioned that and another lady told me the deposit go towards the tip which wouldn’t have been a problem if the First Lady would’ve told me that the first time that’s ridiculous to tell me two different things. The massage was ok and the two ladies was very nice after all. Just need to tell your customers the right process from the beginning.
