It was my first experience getting waxed and I was very nervous. Elena immediately set my nerves at ease and made me feel comfortable. She made the atmosphere relaxed by keeping a professional but fun conversation going the whole time. That distracted me from any pain, which was minimal, and manageable all things considered. I was also very pleased with the service itself and feel that Elena did an efficient and thorough job! The overall environment of urban waxx is very clean, hospitable, and relaxing also. I thought Anna, the receptionist who greeted me, was friendly and welcoming as well! I had a great experience here and would happily recommend it to anyone. 🙂

I’ve been to many different waxing salons and this was easily the best. They were easy to schedule with, allowed me to fill out the paperwork before & once I arrived I was offered a welcome drink and was able to browse their small shopping area. I was quickly called back and the esthetician (I completely forgot a name…) was quick and professional and made my brows look lovely. Highly recommend and will return!

I’ve always been impressed by Urban Waxx locations and never want to go elsewhere. This location is my local one now but I would recommend any location and I’ve never had staff member I did not want to see again. Parking in their part of the parking lot can be tight so keep in mind you might have to park more towards the rest of the strip mall. They are kinda hiding over on the right hand corner as you enter the shopping center from Nyberg.
