Absolutely thrilled and relieved, both mentally and physically. We’ve been in Colorado for 4+ years, and I have seen 3 other chiropractors to treat displacement due to a neurological condition and a lifetime of injuries. Dr. Jeff Hogan has, far and away, provided the most knowledgeable, skilled, and effective treatment. In most offices, you go in, lay on a roller table, then snap-snap, and out the door. I’ve been to one other that does dry needling. Dr. Hogan is thoughtful in his approach, takes the time to do soft tissue manipulation to help ease adjustment, adjusts in the manner that is most comfortable and least traumatic to the body, and provides home exercises. These steps help adjustments hold longer, reduce post-visit pain, and if you do the exercises, your muscles adapt to support the correct alignment. So so so happy to be in his care.

I have been getting IVs and Massages every other week for the last few months. I am finding that I am less sore after playing golf and I have found that my arthritis doesn’t seem to be flaring up as much as it once did especially on my hands. I would highly recommend these services and Urban Squeeze is a really nice and welcoming facility.

I can’t say enough good things about Urban Squeeze. Everytime I’m in there they are all so kind yet very professional and take such good care of you. I get regular facials with Anna and she is the best. Go see her, you’ll feel like a new person after! I also do Cryro facials with Meta and I look forward to my weekly self care days with her. I’ve noticed a big difference in the texture and lines on my face keeping up on these sessions. And I just have to say, Rachel and Meta are running a very intentional business and they always have your wellness at their best interests.
